We feel that by offering this product line we are able to offer the clear choice when it comes to colorless float glass.Why do we say this?Pilkington Optiwhite Float Glass virtually eliminates the green cast inherent in standard float glass, particularly noticeable in thicker glasses.When true color is of paramount importance, Pilkington Optiwhite Float Glass is the perfect solution.

Noticeably clearer than standard clear float glass, the colorlessness of Optiwhite Float Glass is especially apparent when it is combined with white or light colors, and when exposed, polished edges are in view.

As a result, Optiwhite Glass offers enhanced clarity and aesthetics for everything from photovoltaic modules and solar collectors to showroom and furniture applications. It is also ideal for glass which is to be ceramically decorated, because the true colors of the decorations will show through the glass.

NEW PRODUCTS NOW AVAILABLE AT BEAR GLASS

Bear Glass is excited to announce our new products now available!

First off, we have added two new types antique mirrors. One is medium antique mirror and the other is medium cloudy mirror. These mirrors add great charm to any room. Medium antique exudes the feeling of a very old but still beautifully preserved mirrored glass. Medium cloudy mirrors offer the look and feel of a softer reflection and tones.

Bear Glass now offers blue glass in 3/8 and 1/2 cuts. Blue glass is one of those great colors that is available in a variety of shades and blends well into many decorating styles.

Our S tarphire glass line has increased by adding 5/16 to complete Bear Glass’s line. We stock S tarphire glas s from 1/8-1. Starphire glass free of the green cast inherent in ordinary clear float glass. Starphire glass is an ultra-clear glass designed for a wide variety of commercial applications. It maintains its remarkable clarity in any thickness. Its incredible clarity and sparkling edge make it perfect for architectural use. Starphire glass is the ideal solution for emphasizing sunny atriums, entranceways, reception areas, lobbies or entire building facades. In retail storefronts and displays, it allows the displayed products’ true colors to shine through.

Bear Glass has also added 1/4 grey and bronze lam i and have the largest selection of stock lami around! Bear Glass also has the ability to make any custom lami you may need. Laminated glass is a multifunctional glazing material that can be used in a variety of applications. It is manufactured permanently bonding two or more glass lights with polyvinyl butyric (PVB) interlayer’s, under heat and pressure, to create a single construction. If broken by impact, laminated glass tends to maintain the building envelope by remaining integral in its frame. This minimizes the risk of injury from sharp edges and flying or falling glass particles. It also strongly resists penetration of objects. Laminated glass is particularly suitable where it is important to ensure integrity of the whole sheet after breakage.

Bear Glass has also added 84x130x3/8 stock white painted glass. Painted glass can help enhance any design of any room.
